Millwall FC commissioned Ron to photograph the campaign for their Pride Playbook, a first-of-its-kind, 78-page guide designed to help football clubs build meaningful partnerships with LGBTQ+ inclusive teams across the country.

The playbook was developed off the back of Millwall's own experience founding Millwall Romans and Millwall Pride, led by Sean Daly, chief executive of the Millwall Community Trust. The guide is designed to be practical, covering everything from how to structure a partnership with an existing team to navigating internal resistance to change.

My images were used across press, the campaign launch website, the published playbook and billboards.
